Supplies Needed

Paint Shop Pro Animation Shop Misted Tube Mask20_by_nb2007 - Here

Filters Needed

Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Here

FM File Tools Render - Here

Preparations

Install filter if needed Unzip mask and save to your PSP mask file Open your PSP (Paint Shop Pro) Open Misted Tube Select a medium to dark color for you Foreground color Select white for your Background color Resize Misted Tube so the longest side Is not greater than 335 Minimize Misted Tube All settings will remain the same unless new or revised ones are given


Let's Begin!

Pattern Tile / Background

File > New Image > 300 W x 300 H Effects > Plugins > Render > 2D HyperClouds



Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Default Save as your background tile File - Export - as a jpg compression 20% Keep tile open. Minimize now.



Select the Cloud pattern you just made




Header

STEP 1

File > New Image > 550 W x 450H Flood Fill with foreground color



Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask From Disk



Layers > Merge > Merge Group Adjust > Sharpness > Sharpen Select inside of the mask with Magic Wand



Layers > New Raster Layer Flood Fill with Cloud Pattern Selections > Select None


STEP 2

Activate Misted Tube Edit - Copy - Close Back to workspace Edit - Paste - Paste as New Layer You may have to move your mist to your liking. Layers > Merge > Merge Down Layers > New Raster Layer Add your watermark now Layers > Merge > Merge Down


STEP 3

Highlight your bottom layer Effects > Plugins > FM Tile Tools >Blend Emboss



Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow



Rename this layer Mask


Animation Part

STEP 1

Highlight Mask layer Layers > Duplicate Rename this layer > Mask 2 Layers > Duplicate Rename this layer > Mask 3





STEP 2

Highlight Mask layer Effects > Plugins > Alien Skin Xenofex 2.0 > Constellation



Highlight Mask 2 Repeat Constellation > Click on Random Seed once > OK Highlight Mask 3 Repeat Constellation > Click on Random Seed once > OK


STEP 3

Close off Mask 2 & 3



Highlight top layer Edit > Copy Merged


STEP 4

Open AS (Animation Shop) Edit > Paste as New Animation Back to PSP Close Mask layer Open Mask 2 layer Edit > Copy Merged Back to AS Edit > Paste > After Current Frame Back to PSP Close Mask 2 layer Open Mask 3 layer Edit > Copy Merged Back to AS Edit > Paste > After Current Frame


STEP 5

Click on View Animation Icon to see your Animation. Click again to turn it off.




STEP 6

File > Optimization Wizard



Next



Click on Customize



Click on Optimization Tab



Click on Partial Transparency



OK Next > Next > Next > Finish Click on undo



You don’t want to save the Optimize twice File> Save As > to file of choice
